How do I select a gift?
The “Organizer” chooses the gift card from our extensive list of vendors when the group gift is organized.

Can the “Organizer” select more than one gift card?
No, only one gift card may be selected per group gift at this time. However, we do our best to accomodate your special request. Please contact customerservice@fromeveryone.com.

What is the minimum amount of the gift?
The minimum group gift total is $50.

How much should I contribute?
Any amount you’d like (in dollars, not cents!). The minimum individual contribution is $5 and the Group Gift total must be $50.

How do I invite people to participate in the group gift? 
Once the “Organizer” authorizes the group gift, from: Everyone generates a Group Gift email inviting people to contribute toward the group gift. Just fill in who the gift is for, add your contributors and we’ll do the rest!

What is the timeframe for collecting for the group gift?
The “Organizer” sets a "gift delivered by" date from which a "contributions due by" date is automatically generated by from: Everyone. All contributions must be made by this "contributions due by" date in order to be included and for the group gift to arrive on time.

Will from: Everyone remind me if I forget to make my contribution?
Yes, if the Organizer selected a reminder, you will receive an email reminder of the upcoming "contributions due by" date.

What if I forget to make my contribution before the due date?
You will not be able to add to the Group Gift.

Can the “Organizer” change the "gift due by" date?
No, the "gift due by" date may not be changed once the gift is in progress. Use our calendar link to check dates when you “organize” the group gift.

Who else has contributed?
As an “Organizer” and a “Contributor”, you can view everyone who’s been asked to join in on the group gift, and whether they have or have not participated.

How do I add another Contributor once my group gift is in progress?
Sign in and go to My Account/Group Gift Summary/Detail. Click link to “Add Another Contributor”.

Who is going to see my contribution?
Individual contribution amounts are confidential and will not be seen by the group or by the Organizer.

What does "anonymous" mean on the Contribution page?
If you'd like to make a contribution, but you'd prefer not to be acknowledged, feel free to choose "anonymous" when making your contribution.

Why don't I see my name on the list of Contributors after I'm made my contribution?
You see a list of "other Contributors", just as others will see you on their list of "other Contributors".

Can I see how much we’ve collected toward the Group Gift?
Yes, as an “Organizer” and a “Contributor”, you can view the Group Gift total at any time. An Organizer can visit the Group Gift Summary and a Contributor can revisit their email link.

Can anyone add to the Greeting for the Recipient?
No, only the Organizer can "write" the Greeting to the Recipient.

What happens if I forget to write a Greeting?
from: Everyone will either check with you via email, write one for you, or include all the names of the Contributors.

What happens if the minimum amount on the gift card has not been met?
If the minimum amount of $50 has not been met, your group gift will be automatically cancelled and the gift card will not be sent. No credit card charges will be processed and there is no cancellation fee.

What happens if we change our minds before the "contributions due by" date?
If you cancel before the "contributions due by" date, from: Everyone may charge the Organizer a $10 cancellation fee.

What happens if we change our minds after the "contributions due by" date?
There is a cancellation fee of $10.00 for any group gift that is cancelled after the "contributions due by" date. Further fees may apply.

How much does this Group Gift Service cost?
from: Everyone charges a 10% fee for our service. Shipping is free!

How will the gift be sent?
The gift will be sent Priority Mail via USPS.

How is the group gift packaged?
from: Everyone's packaging is clean and simple and each Group Gift is personalized with the Organizer's Greeting.
